She has led people strategy across multiple industries and worked with a diverse range of clients—both organizations and individuals—specializing in talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness to drive meaningful business and personal growth. Jen is SHRM-SCP certified and has received coaching training from the Co-Active Training Institute.

A proud graduate of the University of Southern California, Jen actively gives back through alumni activities and mentoring undergraduates. She also volunteers in her community, supporting her children’s schools and activities, and serves as a career coach for various nonprofits working with undergraduates and young professionals. Giving back is a core part of who she is.
